This add-on covers the cost of specialised packaging, including thick polystyrene foam, ice packs, and bubble wrap, designed to help keep your fruit insulated during transit.

While this packaging helps maintain product quality, it does not guarantee your items will arrive fully frozen. We cannot accept liability for partial thawing or courier-related delays.
In the event of defrosting due to a shipping delay, we may offer a product replacement, but shipping costs and this add-on are non-refundable.
