  • Crusted Meats: Use Saltbush Chilli Crust with olive oil to coat meats such as beef, lamb or prawns. Simply bake or grill to your liking, and serve with a squeeze of lemon to finish. It adds a delightfully salty and spicy flavour to the dish.

    Roasted Vegetables: Dress up your potato chips, onions, zucchini, carrot or corn with Saltbush Chilli Crust for some extra flavour.

    Mix with Dips: Dust Saltbush Chilli Crust over your favourite dip for a flavourful snack. It pairs especially well with cream based dips. You can also drizzle some olive oil on top for extra richness.

    Sprinkle on Breads or Baked Goods: Simply brush the bread with olive oil and then sprinkle Saltbush Chilli Crust on top before baking. It adds a delightfully salty and spicy kick to any savoury baked good.
