  • No recipe required- just cook and enjoy! Once cooked, serve immediately with lashings of custard, cream or icecreams!

  • Cooking Instructions

    Microwave: Break the seal, place the pudding (lid on) in the microwave. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes, rest for 5. Heat again for 2-3 minutes, then rest again before serving at desired temperature.

    Stove-Top: Place the pudding in a saucepan with water 2/3 up the side. Simmer gently with the lid on for 1 hour, then rest for 15 minutes. Serving Weโ€™re passionate about sharing the unique flavours of Australia with the world, and at the same time continuing to support our network of Indigenous and non-Indigenous suppliers, farmers and communities. Remove the lid, invert onto a plate, and serve with custard, cream, or ice cream.

    Once cooked store refrigerated, and consume within 2-3 days.
