Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Break the seal, place the pudding (lid on) in the microwave. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes, rest for 5. Heat again for 2-3 minutes, then rest again before serving at desired temperature.
Stove-Top: Place the pudding in a saucepan with water 2/3 up the side. Simmer gently with the lid on for 1 hour, then rest for 15 minutes. Serving Weโre passionate about sharing the unique flavours of Australia with the world, and at the same time continuing to support our network of Indigenous and non-Indigenous suppliers, farmers and communities. Remove the lid, invert onto a plate, and serve with custard, cream, or ice cream.
Once cooked store refrigerated, and consume within 2-3 days.
