Described as the love child of an apple and a lemon, the pale yellow, spongey fruits have a core like an apple, and soft, edible skin. This exotic fruit boasts a complex flavour of tangy tropical lemon with subtle camphor notes- reminiscent of lemonade. Whether sliced fresh, cooked, pickled or minced, Lemon Aspen adds a special touch to any dish wherever conventional lemon is called for- but especially so in drinks!   • Garnish: Simply wash and slice the fruit into small pieces or thin wedges. Use it as a garnish for meats and seafoods, drinks, salads, or desserts.

    Desserts: Lemon Aspen can be used in various dessert recipes like tarts, pies, and cakes. The tangy flavour of Lemon Aspen pairs well with sweet ingredients.

    Sauces and Marinades: Add Lemon Aspen to sauces and marinades for a unique citrusy flavour. It can be used in both sweet and savoury applications.

  • Rinse before use. Thaw frozen fruit in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
