  • Baking and Cooking: Illawarra Plums can be used in various baked goods, like pies, tarts, and muffins. Simply slice or chop them and incorporate them into your recipes.

    Jams and Chutneys: Make Illawarra Plum jam or preserves by cooking plums with sugar and pectin.

    Smoothies: Blend thawed plums with yoghurt, other fruits, and a bit of honey for a refreshing and healthy smoothie.

    Sorbet or Ice Cream: Puree plums and use the puree to make homemade sorbet or ice cream.

    Compote: Cook plums with a bit of sugar and water to make a compote. Serve it over pancakes, waffles, or as a topping for desserts.
