Frozen produce can only be shipped via express delivery or collected from our Creative Native warehouse in Adelaide. If you choose shipping, please note this is at your own risk.
If your order includes frozen items, please ensure you’ve added the Frozen Freight Add-On. This includes insulated packaging (polystyrene foam and ice packs) to help protect your fruit during transit. However, it does not guarantee that items will remain fully frozen, and we cannot accept liability for partial thawing or delays caused by third-party couriers.
In the event of thawing due to a shipping delay, we may offer a product replacement, but shipping fees and Frozen Freight Add-On costs are non-refundable.
