These delightful nuts have a starchy, slightly sweet flavour, and boast a wonderful chewy to crunchy mouthfeel depending on the cooking method. Bunya Nuts can be eaten raw, however it is best enjoyed when roasted, boiled, or ground into flour, making it effective in both sweet and savoury dishes.

  • Bunya Nut Desserts: Experiment with incorporating Bunya Nuts into desserts like cookies, cakes, and muffins. You can add chopped or ground bunya nuts to your favourite dessert recipes to introduce a distinctive nutty flavour.

  • Rinse before use. Thaw frozen fruit in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.

  • Frozen produce can only be shipped via express delivery or collected from our Creative Native warehouse in Adelaide. If you choose shipping, please note this is at your own risk.

    If your order includes frozen items, please ensure you’ve added the Frozen Freight Add-On. This includes insulated packaging (polystyrene foam and ice packs) to help protect your fruit during transit. However, it does not guarantee that items will remain fully frozen, and we cannot accept liability for partial thawing or delays caused by third-party couriers.

    In the event of thawing due to a shipping delay, we may offer a product replacement, but shipping fees and Frozen Freight Add-On costs are non-refundable.
